Course Outline

Mission Secondary School
Leadership 10 – 12

Purpose
Welcome to the MSS Leadership class. This class is designed to give students the opportunity to develop their individual and collective sense of social responsibility through the acquisition and application of leadership skills and theory. Students will build and build upon skills in the areas of self-image, goal setting, decision making, public relations, conflict resolution and an understanding of various leadership skills. This course will allow students the opportunity to put into practice and reflect upon the leadership qualities that they discuss and develop through the classroom activities.

Rationale
